Very nice! I like ally of things about this piece, like the colors you used and the detailed style! I would however suggest you work on the head shape a little bit, it's slightly awkward. (Don't take this as offense, I often comment criticism on pieces I like, yet see slight flaws with)

The hair dips a little low on top, that's all. It is a common mistake, I've done it myself. It's just something to look out for!
