Also kinda a thing for Goretober, sorry if anyone doesnt like this, i didnt filter because its not guts or really confronting in my perspective.

This Aphex's blood turns into bird at the exposure of outside air. When they receive a cut or gash birds bleed out. They soon dissipate once they reach too far but can be used as familiars if kept close to the Aphex. Just like any other this Aphex can still die of blood loss, however they can with-stand this far greater than average Aphex.
