You've submitted a lot of beautiful stuff lately! Been practising, hmm? The fur in this one is just amazing, and the eyes too. You've to look twice, but that you see the goatlike-shaped pupils. Dreamlike atmosphere in this one. Amazing job, keep this kinda work up, I'm stunned by your patience!

Very cool--the colours are gorgeous. I especially love the way he seems to almost glow, but the horns themselves are definitely my favourite. My only critique is that the pattern along the top of his muzzle (the bridge of his nose, I suppose you could say) is a bit off-center where the swirls meet--the one on the right is pushed over slightly. This might have been intentional, though, seeing as the same thing happens with the marking over his right eye?
At any rate--gorgeous piece, overall. Keep up the good work! c:
