This is another key doodle for Velma's natural love for singing, and if you want to see more of singing Velma, I might finish another sketch with some sleep-talking involved. Her glasses are absent, I know, but I'm sure she looks amazing with and without them present (she's near-sighted in the comics), and guess who's mask is the charm of the necklace? This retro outfit is worn by Velma for Laura's party in "Chunny VS Jacyn", although it doesn't reappear in later iterations unless it's a flashback.
I also recommend listening to Dan Seals' Bop, it's true to the title.
