The Seventh Doc and the Master.Derwent pencils, Sept '94.
Ah, yes, this rrrrreally was a ball to drrraw. Only, I got the Tardis wrong, and well, the Master looks a bit diff from old Ainely, but I drew those from memory. The Doc and the Daleks are taken from Target's 'Remembrance of the Daleks'.
I do like dear manipulative Seven with his jumbled up idioms and Scottish accent.
NOTE: I've since edited the original for more contrast.

Classic Who 1963 (the day kennedy got shot)-1989.
There was a movie in 1996. Paul MacGann did an excellent job as the Doc, but it was lost in translation. It's a British show, it should stay British.

Good for him! I enjoyed the classics too; it was something to look forward to after school.
I got into Doctor Who from the old Target books. Three was my first Doctor. I consider Two to be vastly underrated.

Check out the Classic series if you can, especially the stuff from the seventies. NuWho tends to refer to it on occasion...and despite the crummy special effects, you won't be disappointed.

Proportions and symmetry, keep that in mind every time you draw something. The features on one side should look like the features on the other. Small faces should have small features and big faces should have bigger features. However here, there should be slightly more space between the eyes to look more natural.

I agree, it's much too dark, and I've never uploaded anything before. It wasn't so much the camera, but the computer really messes up the contrast. I'll be adding a better edited version soon.
