I looove the negative space you used here ;0; and just the pure SIMPLICITY of it. Using lots of details is fun to do and fun to look at, but you can mess something up and no one will notice. But with something like this, it has to be perfect or else people will notice its imperfections right away. When you can make something this minimalistic look graceful and perfect, you're showing some real skill.

I like everything about it. The soft colouring is perfect for this type of drawings and the white background matches so well. You didn't like leave it blank though which makes it even greater! When sombody looks at it you don't get a feeling of a blank nothing in the background at all. Great technique! Also the black header over there is nice. Despite being black it doesn't disturb the rest of the drawing and it looks pretty ^^
I didn't know forgetmenot is a flower and I didn't quite get the real point of the drawing but after a little research now I understand. It was a really good idea combining the flower and the literal meaning of forget-me-not. I love it!
One thing I could point out is that because of her pose she doesn't seem to be right in the middle so it doesn't look quite well in that part since she isn't in the middle exactly not on a side but something between. Well it's something minor xD but I thought of metioning it. Unelss you did it on purpose? o:

forgetmenots are such a beautiful flower, they really match your character XD her dress kinda gives the focus on what really matters in the picture, you made it blowing in the wind and moving but it still doesn't draw attention XD you also used the white space at the top really well C: it's just a very symbolic picture, and I think you portrayed your intentions with it very well
