This is very well drawn! And the blue against the orange looks great. My only suggestion would be to shade the blue shirt with something other than black. The black is very harsh and sort of mutes the richness of the blue. Maybe shade it with a darker blue or even a deep red.

get-gud group crit: The way you draw faces is nice : D. Also love the cross hatch shading on the neck. You should try making the shading style consistent though, even though it is different texture (skin vs cloth). Cross hatching the darkest part of his shirt might make it look more uniformed. Also the arm isnt casting any shadow on the shirt even though according to the neck the light is a very hard light. The shading inconsistency doesn't really stand out, but adding shadow shapes like that helps the image look interesting.
