Cryokinesis: Ice Quartz have the ability to manipulate ice, which they mainly use for combat purposes. However, it is useless in very hot climates (Ex. Volcanos) and the ice can be easily melted via fire.
Cold Empowerment: Ice Quartz can become more powerful the colder the surrounding environment is

Blizzard Generation: Ice Quartz can generate a blizzard, although it will take most of his energy so he does it as a last resort.

Background/History: Ice Quartz was created during Era 1 way before Earth was colonized. Despite his defective status, a sapphire took him as her personal guard for he was extremely good at his cryokinetic abilities. However, their relationship wasn't a good one for the Sapphire mentally abused Ice Quartz. Ice Quartz was involved in the war and eventually shattered his owner a few years prior to Pink Diamond's shattering. He then fled to the Crystal Gems and eventually befriended Strawberry Quartz . He along with Strawberry Quartz and a few other gems survived the corrupting light by an Angelite's mirror.
