This song is so inspireing for me. It makes me draw random pics that even I can't interprete. XD So if you got an interpretation for this, tell me. And yes, yes, I looove Garrett and Krazy K. Can't help myself, they appear too often in my drawings.
they remind me of shoulderangels here ( [link] )... mhhh... I'd like to know which of them is the angel and who is the devil...

Mind if I take a crack at it?
My interpretation is as follows:
She (you? x3) grew up as a normal girl in the city, but with something very special about her. When the mechanists started gaining power, there was something about this group that just...attracted her to them. Maybe it was the fact that the group, unlike the hammers, were allowing woment in their ranks.? Maybe it was the odd interest in the leader?
Whatever it was, she joined up as soon as she could and quickly became one of Karass' top mechanists. But no matter how strong she got, there was this empty feeling in her heart. Like there was some kind of destiny she needed to fulfill though try hard as she could, she just couldn't figure it out.
Then one night she was visited by a man who seemed to in the shadows. (It has to be Artemus, you know it has to be in my verison.) He explained to her that she had a very keen skill that would help his faction greatly. However, it would mean leaving the current one she had grown to love so much. She didn't have to answer then, he would return in a few days to let her decide on her own.
She though about it for days, unsure which would be the right choice. Perhaps this new faction would be what she needed to fill that gaping hole in her, but if it wouldn't she'd be abandonign Karass and the other Mechanists.
Artemus returned to her a week after the first encounter, and asked her if she had made up her mind. In his hands he held a set of blue robes with markings she had never seen before in her life. She answered him with an undecided "I don't know yet." And asked him why should she join them.
"There is danger ahead," he told her. "It was written that chaos will be brought upon the Mechanist army. When the dust settles, there is a good chance there will be none left." With a smile, he then said "It would be a shame to loose someone with such great potential to be a keeper."
She thought about it again, then took the robes and nodded.
"Then I will send someone for you very soon. You are to follow him to your new him" Artemus told her, then vanished into the shadows.
It took all her willpower to go find Father Karrass to tell him. To her shock, the Thief Garrett had somehow found his way in, and was already speaking with Karass by the time she got there. She could tell by her leader's face that he had already been explained of her move.
It was then that she realized how hard this choice was going to be. She told them both she didn't know if she was sure of where she wanted to be anymore...she still needed to decide.
The two men then started trying desperately to persuade her to sway her to their side.
