Well, in the story, some peo- I mean ponies think she's still dangerous, and/or want her properly punished or killed. They are currently held off by the Princesses telling them them not to hurt her, but some think they are brainwashed or something.
Oh, and this was used as the cover of the story: "Nyx and Nightmare Night." Quite the fanmade sequel. I'd give you the link, but... Idontknowhowtoputuplinksyetcuzimnew.
