WARNING COLOR OVERLOAD!First of all;
Happy New Year Everybody! Decided to post these bunch of lunatics so I finally won't get the urge of redesigning them every time I sketches of them. haha.
They're a bunch of important side characters so I'm trying to simplify their designs, to which I failed because there are still more lines to each one of them than a bowl of spaghetti.

They all look like very interesting side characters! I'm personally not sure where they're from, but I'm sure you put a lot of thought and effort into their characters based on all the details there are in this picture~
