Harley and Ivy really do have some good chemistry between them. I've always like the fun episodes they've been featured in, and it's always fun watching femme fatales commit crimes.Anyway, I did this completely in Adobe Illustrator with vector tools and the gradient mesh tool. I also used a screenshot from the cartoon for doing this image.
