-> 2011 <- because it is just a remake of an old fan art which I made a long time ago.Nothing new at all. But since I still stuck on the HTF-style (which looks so cute and simple at the same time ^^ ) I felt the taste to make a remake of one of my first arts I ever made. That wakes memories...
Maybe... you could say it's not really a remake because this version has a different atmosphere to the original. The old picture was darker and Giggles made a pray. The new picture is more bright and Giggles looks quite happy (more like she finally found peace).
What do you think about it?

By the way: "...missed the peak..." ??? That sounds again like something which other people arround denoted lately. It seems like the people mean that "Happy Tree Friends" becomes "unpopular" or forgotten...

The "peak" meaning when the memorable people were around. These days the HTF fanbase seems to revolve around ~PumaHTF , who gives her characters "anatomy," including breasts and such.
The fanbase turned into eroticism instead of gore.
It hasn't become unpopular, the fandom just seems to have lost its point in existing.

Absolutely, it's still a popular fandom.
It seems as if it's slowly becoming unpopular, however.
The flood of anatomically based Happy Tree Friends characters seems to be driving away any lovers of the mini show.
It's just about driven me away, every time I look to browse some good HTF art, I somehow come across either fanart of someone with anatomically based characters or the characters themselves.
It's really something that just pushes you away.
