Let me be Frank: Stops for a moment to be honest. The most damage this 'attack' will do is probably hurt one's feeling depending on what's said, and how sensitive the target is, and even then Bilbo personality will show through and soften the 'blow'.
Hotdog water: Spits out steaming hot water, the smell suggests that such water was used to boil hot dogs for an extended(or excessive?) amount of time. More gross than painful.
This blind food-based Digimon uses his powerful nose to guide him. Often described as smelling like what people would assume the "best hotdog in the world" would smell like. Hotdogmon's enticing fragrance seldom fails to grab attention. Hotdogmon's main function seems to be 'bait' and overall distraction tactics. Despite it's admittedly useless movepool, Hotdogmon sports amazing regenerative abilities, and will grow back parts of himself almost as fast as they were bitten off. . . It's weird.

Either way I like the creativity! And the legs actually flows well for the design, being PART of the bun and not the actual meat, like most cartoonie hot dogs.

Hotdogmon: So I dont really want to criticize your drawing, but if you ask me, the lines are a little to big and my head seems to square, say Plotmon dont you think he drew me to chubby?

Aaah ah-wait those are perfectly fair observations. I tend to try to go with sharp angles on Plot and Plot-fusions to reflect his rigid character. Though I should avoid block-iness. I have a habit of making little guys like Bilbo, chubbier than they actually are, an attempt at cuteness? I don't know.
