Description Not only is Sonic a fighter that should never be dropped from the Smash Bros. Roster ever, but one of these games his franchise could use 2nd Rep joining the battle as well. When it comes to 3rd Party Franchises, it's thankfully been proven in Ultimate that they can indeed have more then one rep in each game, but it's uncertain if they'll go for full fledged fighters as 2nd reps or only use fully cloned or semi-cloned fighters. I could've put in Tails as a 2nd Rep for Sonic, but I thought I'd predict how a moveset for Shadow should turn out (one thing's fr certain is his unique way of running). Ultimate probably wasn't his right time to go from Assist Trophy to fighter seeing as there were already 2 3rd Party Fighters with Echo Fighters who'll likely be made into semi-clones in any future installment the character they're based off is in, but if ever Shadow does get his chance as a fighter, either Rouge or Omega should become an Assist Trophy. Anyway's, his moveset should be something like this if ever he became a Smash Bros. Fighter, with the addition of moves that are far different from Sonic's.

For a stage entrance in VS Mode, Shadow might as well warp onto the stage through Chaos Control.

Special Moves:
*Standard: Homing Attack
This is also a move known to be used by Shadow. It would work similar to Sonic's, only being more powerful with something surrounding him as he uses it.
*Side: Chaos Spear
Shadow throws a Chaos Spear at an opponent that can briefly stun them.
*Up: Spring Jump
Works similar to Sonic's, but more Dreamcast Era styled in appearance.
*Down: Chaos Control
I do not think this would be a Final Smash based on how player controlled Final Smashes may actually be gone with forever. Possibilities of how Shadow could use this move are: A) Gaining a Temporary Boost effect similar to the Wii Fit Trainer's down special, B) A counter attack where when he'll kick frozen opponents that tried to attack him, or C) Shadow would send out a lightning shock wave around him to temporarily slow down any opponent it strikes.

For a Final Smash, well I'd easily guess it would be Super Shadow and that he'd move around the stage at a fast rate similar to Super Sonic.

For Basic Attack Attacks, Smash Attacks and Aerial Attacks, some can be like Sonic's, some can be unique to Shadow like having something Chaos Powered related done. When Shadow grabs an opponent they could be surrounded by Chaos Power.

For idle animations, one I suppose could be based off the idle poses Shadow made in games where he'd been playable, another could have him acting as if he'd building up chaos energy.

For taunts (I have no specific way of the input to say for sure):
*One where Shadow folds his arms saying "Hmm".
*One where Shadow does what he'd do when Chaos Attacking, something he'd do after using a Homing Attack in games he'd been playable in.
*One where Shadow tosses up a Chaos Emerald that glows while he turns his back to the camera saying "you don't know true power".

For palette swaps, they can be based off Multi-Player colours used in Shadow the Hedgehog, as well as with stuff that relate to him and one that resembles Mephiles the Dark.

When Kirby copies Shadow, he'd wear a cap with Shadow's ears and prickles.

For victory poses, one can have Shadow levitates glowing whilst saying "I am the Ultimate Lifeform", one where Shadow does a victory poses from Clearing a level in one the games he'd been playable in saying "Hmm", and one where he says "You didn't even put up a fight" whilst standing on top of a knocked over vehicle that he teleports onto. One of these victory poses could have a different line maybe if Sonic had been present during the battle.

For victory music, it's an easy guess that it would be the same as Sonic's, being the music used from clearing a level from Sonic 3 up until Sonic 06, as well as Sonic Generations where only familiar music same or remixed was used: youtu.be/RjCiIpvLZM8
