This is an OC for FMA, I used a base I created myself for this. (Base was from a picture of Riza Hawkeye)

Unique straits: Transmutation circles on both hands and feet, an unusual love for strange weapons
Other: She used to be the youngest state alchemist, age 14 until Edward received the title of state alchemist. And still holds some grudged towards him for that.
Favourite line: “Sometimes you simply need to take a leap into the unknown to find what you’re looking for.”
Weaknesses: Dry places, fear of thunder and lightning, follows intuition instead of thinking things through.

Appearance:
Unlike her mother Claire is not petite though strong and has the same blonde hair and blue eyes with long eyelashes as all the others of the Armstrong family members.

Personality:
Claire is a very dependable person who acts mostly on intuition. She strongly believes that the harder you work the more you receive. This being because of her strict mother who appears even cold towards her daughter, still rewarded her when she deserved it.
Claire was named the Ice princess, not due to her mother’s name, but because of her harsh and merciless behaviour during fights. She prefers a duel between life or death, which would require her not to bother with the wellbeing of the person in front of her so she can act on her cold instincts. Some saying she fights like an animal, only to survive.

Unlike her mother, Claire does have the so called soft spot for people. Especially for children, though she never had been able to figure out why.
She also loves dogs more than anything, as they are loyal and devoted to their owner.

Even though she doesn’t hold a grudge or hates Roy Mustang she loves to annoy him with her very detailed reports. She greatly respects him yet doesn’t feel the need to correct Edward on most statements.

Lover interest: Edward Elric, Matthew Mellows (fellow student under the alchemist who trained Claire)

Alchemy:
She uses her four transmutation circles, each tattooed on the palm of her hands and bottom of her feet. She creates the ice from the vaporized water in the air. Which means that in dry situations like in the desert she has barely any to her use.
She’s also capable of crystallizing blood or freezing the water in the human body. Making her alchemic powers quite dangerous when she touches you. Here she gets her name as the people turn blue. Though she states she dislikes the title as it’s scientifically wrong. The blood isn’t what turns blue. She does prefer it above something like ice alchemist; making it to obvious for others what she does. And she didn’t want a name that was kind of copied from Mustang’s title.
Because of the transmutation circles on her feet she’s able to transmute ice even without her hands.
Even though being able to only use water with her alchemy, she refrains from using when it’s not required.

Hobby’s:
Writing and drawing. And she loves to read, though hates to study.
