Description
A Lugia Cursorhow to instal:
1. save the cursor in the map CURSORS in WINDOWS
2. open controll panel
3. click mouse and go to pointers
4. click on the cursor you want to costumize (for example, click on normal select)
5. click costumize and pick your awesome cursor.
6. DONE!

the animated cursor wont show up whenever I go to the settings, it seems to not recognize it as a cursor..?

it might be outdated, I'm not too sure. these cursors were made on an older OS than win8-10

In that case you might not have administrator rights set on your computer account. You might want to check on your parents to see if they can change it for you in that case.
If you were unable to find the cursors folder, it is located in the folder "windows", on your main drive (usually the C: drive).
