To use, download the cursor using the link on the right hand side. Normally it'll ask where you want to save, or it will it in the Downloads folder. Then you can leave it there or move it to your OS drive under Windows>>Cursors.
Anywho, right click on your desktop, click Personalize. It'll bring up a box for wallpaper etc. On the left sidebar, you should see Change Mouse Pointers. Click on that, the box will come up, towards the bottom click Browse. Then find where you saved the file, & click on it, then save.

you download it, then go to your control panel and click mouse, go to the tab pointers and browse. go to where you saved the cursor and click it. then click ok and you should have your awesome cursor installed
but watch out, if you change the place of the cursor (example: it is on your desktop and you move it to another map) then you will notice that next time you start up your computer, that you have to install the cursor again
