Hi babes!! Lil here~~
Again with a sketch...
This one is a quick one (And a dirty one...)
but I'm working now on another project and I needed a break...
And this came out!
I love her hair *^* so smooth and fluffy~~
I had been thinking about this power for a long time,
The Cloud-Cloud no mi.
With a storm when she gets angry, rain when she's sad...
Things like that ^^
I've planned that her skin would be dark
and her hair and eyelashes white, to give a more spongy look.
But I don't really need another OC so...
I think this one would be for adop~~
The final design may be different from this, of course...
But, as ever:
