What's this? A dinosaur design? Yes, the dino craze has reached me too, it seems.I'm thinking of turning this fellow into a possible OC, we'll see.
I took a lot of inspiration from and based this fellow on a bird design. And this one is based on the peregrine falcon, one of my favorite breeds of falcons. Of course I couldn't completely emulate the design but I did the best I could.
I added feathers 'cause why not? I like the idea raptors did have some feathers, it makes the whole birds being descendants thing more believable in my opinion.

This would be perfect if the arms were fixed:
* Contrary to what is seen in movies, raptors couldn't position their hands like a kangaroo. They were restricted to the palms facing each other, as if "applauding".
* The wing feathers would have extended all the way up to the middle finger, effectively covering the third.

This was practice so I know its not perfect. I will fix the arms when I can, thank you for the advice.
