OH my god this took forever. I started this before my TH app and blarg!
I be a city leader though! so good~ And I actually really like his design >w<

Oh and those little round things in his ears are earings...cuz they're manly

Personality:
Well~ Little Mr. Winter here is as blank as he looks. He doesn't talk much and he has some difficulty interacting with others at times. He doesn't have a variety of emotions either. Just sayin. He can also be warm and quite friendly around people he trusts completely.

History:
Young Kai was actually a street rat...er...cat for quite a while actually. When he was born, his mommy couldn't and didn't want to take care of a child so she left him somewhere. Since then he's been living on the streets, stealing to survive. He even stole to help the other street kids who couldn't do so themselves.

He was quite good at stealing due to his speed and stealth. Overtime he evolved from stealing to killing. He got paid for it of course. And so Kai the assassin was born. Yay~ Blah blah blah~ stuff happened. He killed the previous dude ruling over Riora because he was a douche. No joke. He be killin people for no reason. They had to hide their kids, hide their wives, and hide their husbands cuz they were killin and rapin everyone up in there. //shot

After killing Mr. Mean, the people of the city put Kai in charge and they lived happily ever after...I think...Derp
