I like this African version of the Greek goddess. Greece is just across the Mediterranean from Africa, so it wouldn't surprise me if there were some African people settling among the native Mediterranean people there.

I know right, I had so much fun doing this, normally I see just silks and braids for Demeter, so I wanted to something a little closer to home.
Who knows I might do her daughter next.
