I frankly I don't completely trust bakugan wiki, since most of the stuff that hasn't happened yet isn't true
but I doubt she will come back for these reasons:
1.she retired from brawling
2.she doesn't live any where near there
3.she has never been mentioned in the anime since New Vestroia,the reason I say this is because I've noticed that everytime her name is mentioned she comes back at one point
But If Ace and Baron come back, which I doubt, I will admit there is a possibility for Runo to come back
