My favorite thing about this piece is just how happy Neji looks. Not like a "this is the best day EVAH" happy but more like a happy that stems from a true inner peace/joy that's perfectly content with no regrets. Like he knows that he has all that he's ever wanted and he's confident in their future happiness. It actually goes really great with the warm tone of the picture (despite Hinata's purely purple color scheme) and the vibrant red-orange background. For a relatively simple composition, this pic is really great!! Gives me lots of feels

Well, at first I did the drawing on my sketchbook, then I scan it and finally put the color and other details on photoshop, like the digital trace, texture and soft colors.

I completely understand, I feel somehow the same, I mean I start drawing again yesterday, I wanted to let go all my naruto bottled feelings (and who woul have thought of that after all those years) To be true I walked from Naruto fandom years ago, but because of art hunting in DA, I somehow managed to keep in touch with recent chapters and feel right to sulking in the darkest corner. My nardo feels are twisted, I don't really like this manga, Kishi is sexist and also he kinda forgets to develop characters and their abilities (how lame is that: naruto and sasuke are only guys in charge). But I enjoy world of fanfiction and fanart, where Neji deth is some ridiculous rumor.

But yeah, I also deslike the idea of Naruto and Sasuke being the only guys in charge of anything, and letting behind all the female chars. That's a bad management of the developement of all the characters and the story, making it very predictable and absurd...
I also agree with you, Naruto is definitely not the same, and it's not for the fact that I started to see the manga because of Neji, but for all the typical points that make the story really boring... (like sixism, overpowered villains and main characters, giving just some examples.)
Although it seems absurd, I still have the hope of the return of Neji, but further than that, I don't have much more expectations of the manga in general.

Manga doesn’t make sense anymore, that's totally true, couldn't agree more. And what's with Sasuke changing sides more often than he changes his underwear, is there something to justify this? (sorry to ask about this, I'm super curious)
Maybe someone would do that fancy reincarination justu like Pein, or Neji would comeback zombiefied (that was Madara justu?), but unfortunately I don't think fancy NejiHina wedding would happen, and that's one of few things that could save that show.

Hahaha, Sasuke is a weird fellow. I really don't like him so much (in fact i never did, and I think I never will). From now, he seems to take seriously his role on the team as a good one, but you never gonna be 100% sure with this guy. In the moment you take all your trust in him, he can suddenly change his mind in a second and become your worst enemy. He have serious problems, haha!
As for Neji, as long as he stay alive, that would be more than enough for me... I know that asking for a happy ending for him is asking too much to Kishi. I think that revive him would be an immense opportunity to catch again the attention of a great quantity of fans and that will traduce in a large sum of sales and money.
He have this excellents tools for the success of his manga, all he needs is to know how to use them in a coherent way.

Even zombiefied It would be nice to have Neji back, or revived Pein could revive Neji. I don't think many characters in nardo would receive happy ending, there probably be huge narusaku wedding or narusasu,(probably not yaoi, seeing how kishimoto have a lot of prejudices.
My feelings for Sasuke are somehow confusing. In manga he's mostly pure shit, insane, asshole, gay for revange [and nardo], but mostly revange tho, and yet he somehow menage meet my spoiled beauty standards and well I'm that sick sasuhina one, but I adore them in fanfics with proper character development, believeable plot, not to ooc and definietly in healthy (as healthy as possible for people hired to kill for money) relationship, I think they're tragic, beautiful, broken weirdos, but in manga as Sasuke is some sad psycho their relationship would be somewhat creepy, however naruto is technically ridicolous so maybe it would pass.

Well I don't think that they will revive Pein, but at this rate anything could happen, so I really don't know. And that thing of killing and reviving characters, is an old and cheap resource to keeps people attention, like in Dragon Ball Z, where everyone died and in the next chapter it seems that nothing happened. It may be cheap, but I have to admit that is really effective.
About the happy ending, seeing the actual situation, it will be a fancy NaruSasu wedding, haha.
Sasuke had almost nothing of development in all Naruto and Shippuden. I really don't like him, but he's still so popular ( never knew why..) But you are right, fanfics and fanart makes him looks so much better than in the actual manga.

You're right kishi probably won't revive Pein(nagato?), but maybe Neji will get his share of magical reincariantion regardless.
I don't know about NaruSasu weeding, if they will have same ending like somehow hinted(canon?) couples like NejiHina ( in Lee's Springtime of Youth and anime it was somehow obvious) jiratsu, minakushi, peinkonan or asukure, their fancy wedding may end quite bloody and dramatic. Do you think they subconsciously hint NaruSasu, or is it how they perceive friendship, beacuse narusasu relathionship is quite sexually hinted, it looks more like bromance than friendship. I mean they are pretty much canon but, has there ever been a mainstream shounen where the lead character ended up gay? I think most of Nardo characters has minimal to non existent development, for example Hinata she only get to say Naruto-kun dozen times, like there is nothing important about her aside from her crush. I'm complaining about nardo so much still is funny that after all this years I'm still hang up on this fandom and well Naruto seems to be never ending story so I will be old cat lady and still bitching about this manga

About NaruSasu, nah, you're right. Kishi hadn't the guts to put a love relationship between cousins (which is legal in his country) Then he have even less guts to put an homosexual pairing in a shonen manga. Maybe NejiHina and NaruSasu or NaruSaku where in his mind as canons when he started the show, but most of the people demands for NaruHina and SasuSaku (yuk!), so he will give what most of the fans wants, and there is, sadly, when the money comes...

About ending I no one knows much, butI still think that Kishi would go for narusaku and maybe kill Sasuke, with some ridiculous naruto/ sasuke clash arc, but then we will probably kill Hinata at some point, to avoid unecessery sakunaruhina drama. I think NaruSasu is the most popular pair (don't know for sure, but people are alwyas suckers for slash), I don't like naruhina or sasusaku, some childish affection shouldn't be blowed so out of proportion, I mean Naruto don't even anserwed Hinata conffesion and she was willing to die for him, and Sasuke tried to freaking kill Sakura for no reason at all. That's wonderful start of relationship for sure, I fucking hate romanticized violence, worst thing ever, and yet why so many people seems to like it?

Yeah, romaticized violence is pure shit, I can't tolerate it... And I can't believe that Sakura still have a thing about Sasuke, is just ridiculous. He wanted to hurt her, always treated her like crap, like she was no worth as nin, an even trying to kill her, damn! If I was her, I would despise that asshole for sure, I wouldn't give a flying fuck for him... even for someone of my same team. But I'd be sure that he's not worthy of my love.

I don't know whats with Kishi and unhealthy crushes which he perceives as love and what a love is that, in pre-shipuden it was acceptable, children being children with silly crushes, but after time skip, how come is to love someone because of his/her apperance, awkardly shallow, and because Hinata/Sakura doesn't have much interaction with their loved ones I think they're being awfully delusional, and their love form time when they were 12 or 13 haven't changed, they're still obsesed about some pretty boys who doesn't care about them.
Yeah I don't unerstand ss fans too, he tried to kills her, but he still care wtf is that. For me it's some sort of twilightization of mind (never read that shit tho) twisted fantasy with illusion that women have choice but in reality is bound to accept everything her loved one wants and she literally has no life, personality, aspirations, happiness without lover.

Yeah, they're so freaking obsessed with those boys that they never noticed other persons that actually really cared about Sakura and Hinata. They both gets on my nerves very often because of that.... they're women now, grown enough to this kind of silly things. And, as you say, neither Hinata nor Sakura had much interaction with those who are their "beloved ones". Hinata talks almost nothing with Naruto, and Sakura basically don't know nothing about Sasuke, so what's with all the fascination of those two women about guys that they barely know? Is bullshit...
I can't understand it, because Sakura gets along pretty well with Naruto, who has showed so much care for her and he's, in fact, in love with her. And Hinata, who has gotten stronger as she wanted because of her hard training with Neji, Who also cared so much of her (even to give his life for her) and they both make shine the best of each other.
He shows his kindness and his soft side, an she shows her bravery and her skills as a Hyuuga.

Sakura is in love with the old Sasuke. Who was 12. she's in love with 12 year old. god he hasn't even hit the puberty yetHe tried to kill her, twice. Yet she still wants him. Okay, I would try to get rid of stalker who loves 12 year old me as well and Hinata hardly knows nardo at all. All she knows is that he’s loud and determined. Other than that, she knows nothing about him. And her ‘love’ for him is nothing more than an obsession.It's quite awful because it’s obvious that Naruto hardly even notices Hinata. Kishimoto must have sick sad love life to come up with plot like this to reduce women to psycho stalkers.
About NejiHina I always loved fiery characters and thought and I think they could possibly handle each other in a relationship. Equality in relationships both romantic and platonic is what gets me and though maybe many don’t agree they are equals, they stand toe to toe with one another. I think NejiHina is canon, at least one sided on Neji part I think they were even some hints in the anime, sadly tho Hinata couldn't get over Naruto, even when Neji died, he didn't do that in Hinata arms and she didn't went berserk after his death. By the way have you read Logical conclusion on fanfiction net? It's nejihinasasu, but story wasn't updated so there isn't any of sasuhina interaction just nejihina godness.

Yes, you're totally right, Kishimoto must have a pathetic love life (or shit in the head) to think that of a woman. Apparently, Sakura is a little more mature in that aspect, cause she doesn't seems to be soooooo obsessed with that fag-Saskay. But Hinata.... she's a little more exasperating... To be totally honest with you, her character is VERY annoying at times, cuz her whole life seems to be a mission to be with her "beloved" Nardo-kun. She don't finalize a sentence without saying his fucking name all the time: "We have to help Naruto-kun, we have to protect Naruto-kun, I love you Naruto-kun", Nardo this, Nardo that. What kind of shit is that?!! She looks like a retard!! Believe me, if NejiHina hasn't had development, I had never took Hinata as a worth character, I hadn't even realized she existed. And that's one of the reasons why I really love NejiHina; because Hinata has showed her best, how badass she is when Neji was by her side. With him, she acted like a real kunoichi, a woman who knows how to fight and gives 100% to surpass herself and shows Neji that her training with him was paying off more than expected. In fact, if wasn't for Neji, Hinata would never progressed that much as a fighter.
Or what, is that NaruHina fans thinks that Hinata got stronger for stalking Naruto? Of course not! Neji was the one who had most faith in Hinata. And, despite the fact that at first he acted like a jerk with her, he knew how to amend his debt.
That was some of my favorite things on Naruto SD, they put the record straight... Neither Tenten nor Neji had interest in each other more than comrades, (in fact Tenten seems to have a little crush with Lee, hehe). They always put Hinata like a obsessed stalker who always was wondering for Naruto, who never had any interest on Hinata because he always has been in love with Sakura. And Neji always treated Hinata like a true gentleman.
Changing the subject, I was thinking on the fact that Nardo and Saskay are now the reincarnation of Kaguya's sons, wich seems interesting. But there's still something that I don't understand; they are now the representation of yin and yang? Here is when you realizes that not even Kishitmoto takes seriously his own story.
If memory serves me correctly, the perfect (and first) representatives of this symbolism are both Hinata and Neji. And now are Nardo and Saskay... yeah right. You can tell a mile away that this story is falling apart.
Kishimoto is writing a lot of shit in his own manga, hahaha. He definitely should have ended Shitpoodamn after Pein's death...

I think Sakura obssesion with Sasuke, isn't blowed out of proportion (okey it is) like Hinata's "love", is because she has more screen time. Still Sakurad efines herself by her love for Sasuke, and essentially has no identity outside of her obsession with Sasuke. Her entire characterization is based on her romantic interest in Sasuke and she virtually has no identity whatsoever to call her own.
Kishimoto can't come up with interesting plot with females, casue he only views women as obesive compulsive lovesick teenagers. Excuse me, the girls only revolving on getting a boyfriend? Sexism ahoy. And also Ino whose biggest dream is to be fighted over like a piece of meat. In nardo the female is weak and stupid, the male is a genius. In fact, . Kakashi, Itachi, Neji, and Sasuke are all geniuses, but female geniuses? No, just no you can't be genius when girl.
Hinata got stronger with Neji, becasue she was changing for herself not for nardo not for but for herself, she's maturing only outside of her obssesion. No one could possibly form valid relationship when not having self esteem. I ship Hinata with few characters but only with those whose personalities doesn't clash, and naruto and hinata clash badly, she could only watch in awe what nardo is doing, and I think he need someone ore energetic, not so passive someone like Sakura, Sasuke, Gaara and even Ino, person who can keep up with him. And Hinata needs to rely on herself not another person I really want her to stop being one-dimensional character that needs to rely on Naruto. Gawd what a fandom Naruto is, I like characters and stories but manga and all those hate ship wars are so not worth it.
I don't like that much canon Hinata, I'm tired of blushing, sweet Hinata, fanon yes but canon hell no, she's such a plant zero development total immaturity She’s a weak, insecure character, and kishi is okay withportraying character with so much potential like that.
I saw some screnshots with monster granny and saskay and nardo, well if they're jing and yang maybe some sappy narusasu wedding could save this manga

Yeah, all the fem chars had a lot of potential as worth characters, but no. Kishitmoto doesn't allow womens as intelligent, strong and ferocious fighters, no. Women have to be weak, immature, stupid and a bunch cowards whose depends sickly on men to win a fight... geez! I mean, I know that women and men depends of each other in almost all situations of life, yes, but this is ridiculous. There is not equality in nardo, just powerful men who are "geniuses" vs enemies who appeared from nowhere into a ridiculous plot... and a huge list of support chars who were not properly exploited (and now they are even more useless because that stupid almighty jutsu).
