SERIOUS! the tree is Manes!
(Mane is one of my OC's she's a demon who grew up as a pure demon (when a demon knows its human name) and she was raised until the age of 3 by her sister who got killed trying to protect Mane. a dark figure saved her but noone knows who it was (not saying until I get so far into making the Mane manga) shes protective of the tree and very very powerful, the tree is the only tree in the wilderness of hell which is pretty much a dessert.)
I have a great imagination... it keeps me preoccupied!

if you look at digital pictures
there's blend shading, cell shading AND line shading in different concentrations and to different use.
if you look at real - life drawn you can find inked, painted, pen, pencil and even wax crayons of anime / manga characters :3
with manga / anime being so popular there's more and more drawing styles, techniques and materials every day
