As far as a positive depiction of a woman in a game is concerned I don't believe it gets better than Alyx. Any game you can name designs women to appeal sexually & visually while just writing a backstory that paints them as "strong" or "independent" while Alyx Vance SHOWS the player why she should be considered those things

So you didnt think about any resident evil characters or chell, or Elena from uncharted there are many that are the same as Alyx just most characters are only some what sexual looking, Lara croft has always been made to appeal sexually & visually, almost all characters have that happen to them or have already.

Trust Me. I have a portal tattoo - Chell was ever on my mind but she doesn't speak & is fairly useless with a portal gun & no moon-juice coated walls to shoot. With the Res evil girls I initially intended to include them but when I was looking for visual representations of them their breasts were essentially on parade
Lara Croft is the prime example of the fighting **** toy but I'm hoping that changes
