So here is Tessa being over powered by the Tauren Little Hoof. This is a much better color job using GIMP. I've been able to narrow in on Shading and Light then move on to color and effects. I added a real subtle motion blur, I think it brings out the intensity in this fight. Let me know what you think.Related content

Simply fantastic, the coloring, the look on the faces, everything.
The torture rack idea sounds very interesting. Maybe even "Tessa" with a head scissors on "Tauren" where she adds insult to injury by puling on "Tauren,s" horns.
This would make a great comic series, "The adventures of Tessa." or something along those lines.

Actually I like your idea! It's goin on the "TO DRAW LIST". The adventures of Tessa will be explored through my "Jack and Cloberus" comic book. My team and I have been diligently writing the scripts and I will have some great concept art comin up on the site real soon. Yeah the background was a last minute thing, but it worked out really nice. Thanks on the comment, the last month or so I have been pouring over tutorials left and right picking up some good ideas. I am still haveing trouble trying to layer and find another file format other than JPEG to save unfinished work.

Experiment saving as PNG. I like it for artworks much better than JPG.
