i like it but the lines bug the eyes. use more hi-res photos of the counterstrike members, make sure the menu is bigger that it is, and also makesure the menu can expand at anytime...eg make it extend the whole way down. Most clan sites are built like portals, aswell as this one, so just look at portal sites adn see how they are configured and work with your design and try adn sorta twist it.
Very well done though, no rough edges, looks sharp(that wasant supposed to be a pun) and dont think im going hard on you or anything i just want your site to end up awesome, i love seeing sites do well, and remember usually the first thing anyone sees about your clan is your page, so if you have a toiletpaper wiped in shit of a site, no one wants to be in the clan, but you are off too an excellent start!
