A giant carnivorous theropod from the Cretaceous that appears in the present as a monstrous dinosaur apparition to attack a local science fair which results in Daphne, Shaggy and Scooby to accidentally get knocked into a time portal created by Velma and become trapped in the prehistoric past.

Abilities: Strong jaws and sharp teeth, brute strength
