Celia Shelton

A rival to Julia and the culprit behind Bone Claws the Skele-Crab. Celia always hated Julia because it seemed like she had everything she didn't including a boyfriend in the form of Thomas. She strived to be the best at robotics and animatronics but was ignored even by Thomas when he initially dated her, which he explained was due to her being so high maintenance while Julia was more easy going and nice. So she created the Skele-Crab to attack them and kidnap Thomas to make him love her upon learning they were at a seafood restaurant together, seeing it as the perfect crime. She also intended on framing the restaurant owner Louie, who was actually an undercover detective. She is also the cousin of Bud Shelton, the mascot and seller of Trickle's Triquid, a diet water drink that is not very popular.

The Skele-Crab's bones were actually plastic

The Skele-Crab left behind wires which signified that he was an animatronic costume.

The Skele-Crab mostly targeted Julia and her boyfriend Thomas.
