One of Kane’s former gang members, Femur is a borderline skinhead who assisted him and Melody on their caper as the Ghost of Johnny Skullbones and the Ghost of Cherri Queen,
alongside the rest of the gang, if only so he could get a “reward” from Melody. Everyone was arrested, so he was denied this rather infinitesimal chance.

Tibia

One of Kane’s former gang members, Tibia is a real punk and the biggest pervert out of the four for having attempted to get too friendly with Melody, despite her warnings. He had his left arm broken for his troubles, and Kane stopped being friends with him afterwards. Like the others, he was arrested while he was assisting Kane and her during their caper as the Ghost of Johnny Skullbones and the Ghost of Cherry Queen.
