A seemingly chipper and ditzy tourist at Cyber Gulch Valley who is actually a skilled engineer and the culprit behind the malfunction of Sheriff Cole Steel. She actually came to Cyber Gulch because she heard of the hidden gold in the town and decided to use the robotic sheriff as a pawn in her plan to find and steal it. She even made a life like A.I. robot human Dr. Fleg to throw off suspicion. Little did she know that Cliff Canyon was also after the gold as Dead Shot Dan. Neither of them were aware of each other's plan and Jillian unknowingly took Cliff's original idea of hacking the sheriff robot which he coincidentally thought of. She is also revealed to have been a scholar at the Texas Tech University and was a classmate/old friend with Nellie who Cliff would later date.
