Alias: Lou Drummin

Species: Human / Mutant tiger shark

Lou Drummin was a shark hunter who was incarcerated after being defeated in his shark hunting scheme by Ray Fillet with help of the Turtles. He was then hired by Shredder alongside Jason Verill (Sala-Raptor) to steal mutagen supplies from Krang. But a fight with the Turtles resulted in Lou becoming a large and bloodthirsty tiger shark, armed with giant jaws of razor sharp teeth and dual wielding machetes. He is partners with Sala-Raptor.
