Lawrence Talbot Or Larry Talbot To His Friends Did Not Plan For The Horror He Got When He Visited His Father In England. He Expected Nothing More Than A Nice Afternoon With Him And The Townsfolk. As It Was He Was A Man About Town And A Gentleman At That. He Even Hit It Off With A Lovely Pawnshop Owner Who Invited Him To A Gypsy Festival. That Was Were The Trouble Began. Her Friend Got Mixed Up With Bela The Gypsy A Worrisome Gypsy Who Seemed Sick To His Stomach. Later He Saw Something On Her Palm That Seemed To Symbolize Danger. The Pentagram. He Advised Her To Leave. Suddenly A Wolf Attacked Her And Killed Her. Larry Rushed To Save Her But Was Too Late. The Wolf Attacked Him But He Killed It With A Silver Cane. He Survived But Was Gravely Ill. Suddenly He Heard Reports That He Killed Bela Instead Of The Wolf. But He Insisted He Killed A Wolf. His Father Insisted He Must Have Accidentally Killed Bela In The Excitement When The Wolf Attacked. Everybody Seemed To Be Concerned For Larry Even The Pawnshop Owner. As If That Were Not Bad Enough He Experienced Changes. He Suddenly Grew Fur And Claws And Fangs And Became More Wolf Like Than Ever Killing People Usually At Night. He Turned To The Gypsy Mavella Who Knew Bela. She Stated That He Was A Werewolf Hence Why He Attacked A Girl. He Was Reminded Of A Poem He Heard Once Before. "Even A Man Who Is Pure At Heart By Day And Says His Prayers At Night May Become A Wolf When The Wolfsbane Blooms And The Autumn Moon Is Bright." She Gave Him A Necklace With A Pentagram To Protect Him From Trouble Declaring "Go Now And Heaven Help You."
