U.S.S. Infiltrator NCC-57109-AIt is a period of galactic instability. The Romulan Star Empire has been left in political ruins. Violence increases as various star systems attempt governing dominance. With Imperial civil war now looming on the horizon, the United Federation of Planets finds itself in a constant struggle to maintain the peace.
With most of its forces with Romulan Space, Starfleet Headquarters has ordered the reactivation of its emergency warfleet, twenty-six deadly Super Dreadnoughts, to assist the overwhelmed Starfleet.
Unbeknownst to the Federation, Romulan Insurgents have secretly made contact with an alien species deep within the Beta Quadrant. A Technologically advanced terror the Romulans hope would become a new enemy to the Federation...

Actually, the design you're thinking of, Tycoon2203, was a concept drawing Andrew Probert did for the Ambassador Class, if I'm correct.

I see you put your own twist on the design. I like the inset in the front of the saucer and the Sovereign Class style ASRVs.

A nice image, from my knowledge, the team who directed and put together The Next generation were going to use a design very similar to the Dawnstar Class when they first started out, but opted for the Galaxy Class we have now.
