There's just something incredibly appealing to the eye about this!

My favorite part? That background. I am a sucker for expert cloud/sky background, but this is just something amazingly splendid to see! I love the shading on the upper pat of the background, just as much as I love the rays of the sun drawn so flawlessly! You succeeded in making the clouds amazing, but they don't draw all of my attention. It serves the purpose of a well-drawn background perfectly, and stands alone but also adds to the overall message of the picture. 

Can I just say what a brilliant artistic decision it was to portray the wings as a more blurry but color-void physical presence? The picture would not have been nearly as fantastic if you made them look any other way. Sometimes the mark of a great artist is making those simple decisions and making them work so well that the viewers can't imagine the picture without your execution of it! The glow from those wings, the way they're absolutely white,  and yet so distinct from the white of the clouds, of the rays of sun...wow. Seriously breathtaking. Seriously. Brilliant. There's very few times I can comment and say: Wow, that was just a GOOD choice to do that. But this picture certainly earned that comment a hundred times over!  The way you did those wings say a lot. Your description didn't exactly say much about the picture, so I have no idea if this is fanart, or a fan character, or an original, or what, but I feel as if the wings have many meanings here. They seem color-void, but in another light they give off the impression of being 'holy', and thus, more pure than even the sky. So cool. And on the foot of that, I say the exact same thing about the brilliant idea of making the halo white as well! I never ever get to see that, and it is such a shame, because your execution of its brilliance is just so flawless here! It was another GOOD artistic decision to unify her angelic properties under the same awesome portrayal! 

Also, I know this comes off as more 'anime'-ish, but I am digging her realistic neck and the lines on those hands are to die for. The blush pulls the whole face together, and instead of looking flat and lifeless her expression just pops. (I just find that simple innocent expression undeniable in its cuteness). The shading on the hair is simple and works just fine to convey the idea of this picture! I am in love with the realistic substance to her limbs. So often artists try to emulate a more 'Sailor Moon'-esque style, but it's no fun to see stick arms and legs! I LOVE that fully developed thigh and waistline! I love how these look like the proportions of a young woman. She doesn't look fat by ANYONE'S standards, but she doesn't look like her legs are made of twigs wrapped with tight skin. Her body has substance, and depth. Those are excellent and real artistic portrayals of humans. And that pose looks so difficult to try but you made it look easy to emulate! The good ones always make it look easy! 

There's really nothing I don't LOVE about this! The shading on her shirt and the way you made the denim of her shorts stand out are just extra gems that litter this gorgeous piece! The color choices made were perfect! You made the denim stand out clearly from the sky by making them accentuate each other without making the blues clash!  

I hope you're proud of this piece for a good long time. And even as you improve I hope you can see the gem that this is! Everything about this was just executed well and profoundly! As someone who barely ever comment (making it a point to do more though!) I can say that very few have earned the things this picture has. Well done, seriously! Be proud!
