Description
I had initially thought this was some sort of wren (due to the eyebrow stripe), but thanks to Cypselurus and LuckisGONE I now know the ID. I had no idea of the sexual dimorphism in this species!(Agelaius phoeniceus)

I'd say maybe a female red-winged blackbird (Agelaius phoeniceus).
The beak is too thick to be a wren.

Oh you are totally correct, tons of male red-winged blackbirds that day. The beak and legs seemed too different from wrens but I couldn't find anything else. Thanks for the ID, I had no idea of the sexual dimorphism in this species!
