Cream's prototype designs from her concept art. I couldn't resist drawing these cuties! Though the Cream they went with is still my favorite. From what I can tell from their designs they are some kind of rodent i've heard people say jerboa which I think makes the most sense. the second one is either a tiger or a taby cat. the third could be a raccoon but I think red panda is more likely. and last is a squirrel.If they were too appear again which I think is highly unlikely because Cream rarely appears herself, what would you like their names to be? and which is your favorite?

The Squirrel variant had already been used with Sally and Ray to a lesser extent at this point, and the Tiger variant could've beat Blaze to the feline representation, but the Jerboa and Racoon/Red Panda variants could've been new species altogether.

I only like 3 versions of the Cream prototypes.
1) The Jerboa version.
2) The Tiger version.
3) The Squirrel version.
The Red Panda version did not really like me. [Type of model and suit].
But you were spectacular 3 versions that I named you.

As for names:
1. Berry
2. Tabby
3. Bamboo
4. Acorn
How do they sound? Tried to use names that were food based and sounded cute (with the exception of 2 being a different breed of cat)

While your here what animals do you think 2 and 3 are?
I think Tiger and Red panda but they could also be a cat and raccoon.

Personally I think the second one is just a plain housecat, while I think the third one is most definitely a red panda. It's honestly so interesting to theorize about these concepts. Ohh if you decide to make another one, I personally think you should do Jet the Hawk's concepts next, but it's really up to you.

I could easily see it as a house cat as well, cats in the sonic series are very different looking from one another.
Theorizing about the concept is super fun, I wish Sega would release more I want to see the rest of the Babylonia rouges and Marine. there is some infinite concept art though.
I will draw Jet's concepts next! strangely enough he also went through a cat phase like cream? Sega just loves cats I suppose XD

Yeah that is very true. I mean, just looking at Blaze, Big, Honey and Tiara. They all look nothing alike. Except for the fact that the tail tips on Blaze, Big and Honey are slightly similar. Though I've always been curious as to what kind of cat breeds Blaze, Big and Honey are.
Yeah it really is actually. Oh and I completely agree! I honestly kind of wonder what some of the previous concept art for so many of the characters would look like. I think I saw that art actually. Wasn't his one of his concept designs like a bull or something similar? I forgot.
Awesome-sauce! Yeah he did! And I'm not sure why but when I initially saw his cat design, all I could think of was that he looked like a panther? Well cats are great! I mean I personally prefer canines and rodents (as I'm sure you know), but felines are cool too.

I wish Sega would release more hopefully during their 30th they might. Also yeah one of infinite's design was a bull others were just mask variations.
Oh a panther would be cool! another fun fact is the black panther isn't actually a real species but misidentified jaguars and leopards with an increased melanism, but the term panther can refer to any big cat in the Panthera species.
Cats, Canines and Rodents are all great! tough Sonic team only has one 'canon' canine in the series which is infinite.

There sadly isn't much info on these designs other then they were concepts for cream. I think it's a red panda but that's only because it looks different from the only canon raccoon Marine but that doesn't confirm it's a red panda. Big and Blaze are both cats and they look drastically different so I don't know if it is a raccoon or a red panda for certain.
