Bio: The Omni-Stitch form was the joint creation of Jumba Jookiba and Azmuth. The form was given to Ben in the form of an experiment pod. The pod was placed on the Omnitrix's face and absorbed, giving Ben access to the Omni-Stitch form. It was created using a similar structure to that of Stitch which is the reason it has several of Stitch's characteristics.
