In real life a hunter would not even be classified as humans. Their strenght, muscle density, weight and regenerative abilitys would be leagues above ours. So yea, if you were a hunter you could hunt that

you took that in literally the opposite direction that I was going in. the hunter in real life woudlnt have the super strength to carry over sized weapons or the durability to shrug off fireblasts from a dragon, cuz in real life they would just be a regular human lol.
going on just real life human capabilities alone, yeah there'd be no way anyone could hunt this thing with melee weapons.

Well, but it is stated in lore that Hunters are no longer human. You also have to consider that the entire world of Monster hunter is different from ours. For example, the amount of oxigen in that worlds atmosphere must be much higher, seeing as there are several types of giant insects on it. So, if you wan't to talk real life, you're gonna have to dig deeper.

you seem to have a complete misunderstanding of what I am talking about here. Im not talking about fiction or game lore here, I mean real life, real people, real physics and what not. if a creature like this really existed, there would be no way any regular human being could ever take this thing on in a melee fight.

And what I am saying is just an extension of logic. If the Zinogre existed in real life, no human could hunt them, true. But if you take the Zinogre into real life you gotta take the hunter as well, seeing as ingame you ARE the hunter. And hunters are not human, so your entire point is kinda irrelevant

Im talking about taking this ONE thing from the game and putting in the real world, you dont have to take the hunters or anything from the monster hunter world, dont even need to take any of the other monsters either, I'm just talking about this ONE thing, nothing else.

Well,then you have just comitted the ultimate logical fallacy, congrats.
You cannot say "In real life nobody would hunt this" and then just exclude EVERYTHING else, because it is related. If you had said, no normal human would hunt this, then this whole argument would have never started, BUT you didn't. Because, if the Zinogre is a possible creature in our world, so is the Lagiacrus, the Rajang, the Fatalis e.t.c, e.t.c. You CANNOT take ONLY ONE part of a fictonal universe and say " if that were real"because everything else is connected.
For example, I can't say:"If Star Destroyers were real they'd be undefeatable" because, by their mere existence, they make the rest of the Star Wars universe necessary.
The same with our topic. The existence of Zinogre would make the existence of all types of Wyvern, be they Bird-, Flying- or Brute-- necessary, seeing as the Zinogre is related to them and has evolved from them due to evolutionary pressure by them and on them. That, in turn would make all Monsters in the MH Universe necessary for the Zinogres existence, seeing as all the creatures in MH are in some way connected, be it predator-prey, inhabitant of the same ecological niche, e.t.c. thereby causing the evolution of Zinogre. Heck it would make the entire ECO SYSTEM necessary, including HUNTERS, because they have evolved from, or, to be more percise, were created for this environment. And now we are at my central point: the existence of Zinogre, as he is depicted in MH would necessitate the existence of the huanoid creature, that we know as the Hunter.

Well, seeing as you're getting all butthurt about it,insulting me and throwing words like autictic around you, while probably not even having the slightest idea what that even means,it seems that you are not even capable of having an intelligent conversation . If jesting was your entire purpose then why did you prolong this conversation anyway, instead of saying "Ay 't was a joke man" and being done with it?
And no I'm not hellbent on disproving anything, I just thought it was a fun little topic on something I enjoy (MH) worth a fun little discussion. It never even crossed my mind that you could get so offendet, simply by me telling you, that your senario simply dosn't work the way you thought.

( And I am sorry if it offends you, but causality is a universal law of discussion. You cannot create an impossible scenario, because it is, you guessed it, IMPOSSIBLE. That is the most basic of rules for "What-If" scenarios.
And yes, putting only the Zinogre into our world would be AN IMPSSIBLE SCENARIO. A Zinogre could not, under ANY circumstance exist in our world as it is. But that is the scenario you initially created. You never said man vs Monster, you said Monster becomes real. Which brings us back to my last comment.
And by the way, you brought this onto yourself. You said, and I quote: "real life, real People, real physics".
You're Dr. Doom vs Vader Argument is irrelevant for this topic, seeing as you're comparing two fictional characters (By the way, those discussions usually tend to end in people screaming at each other, because they think their fictional character is better) but yes, your second one is an impossible one, although I never even heard ANYONE even considered discussing something like that.

anyways, look, I know the thing I had originally said in my first comment is an impossibility but that really wasnt the point. I was just making a comment about how tough and badass that monster looked, I didnt care about how illogical or impossible it would be for that thing be in our world or anything like that.
I dont want to argue with you, I didnt even want to have a discussion about this really. I mean you may as well talk about another capcom that does this shit, like how about Marvel Vs Capcom, that game has Thanos, a universe controlling demigod who could stop time and make the Hulk his bitch, and yet in MvC3 hes getting into a fist fight with Chris Redfield from Resident Evil, a character who's primary ability is using a handgun lol. its absurd, but you dont see too many people picking it apart for that stuff, cuz ultimately nobody cares about that stuff. Im sure you see this as being unrelated but trust me, its pretty much the same mindset with what I was trying to say before, theres no point in over thinking or trying to analyze it, just enjoy it for what it is. its why I like the Death Battle series on youtube lol, it takes Goku and puts him up against Superman, it doesnt matter that the afterlife and magic and super powers work differently in their universes, just make the two fight and enjoy.
Im not saying you gotta turn your brain off to enjoy things, just some times you gotta take a step back and appreciate the absurdity. you may have more fun that way.
