Nothing much to it, really:
Start with some Kodak Tri-X for decent all-around contrast
Put it in a Holga to muddy up the finer details
In post, dodge/burn to bring out the details you want and to hide the details you don't
And finally, apply a 2-color tint

OO makes me wish I had photography classes around here. Honestly the only thing I recognise out of all that is the dodge tool. And i dont even have photoshop on this computer anymore lol either way I love the picture
