Description
This image was inspired by a photo of a Bengal tiger, taken in India, which was adorning an article about holidays in my usual weekend newspaper. I was so struck with the image, of the tiger lying on a rock (that's the only similarity between the photo and my pic), that I immediately started work on this image.Although I have always adored big cats, I've never tried a tiger image before. I had to do a bit of postwork on it before I was satisfied, but I am quite happy with the results!! (Please note, this is not intended to be an accurate reproduction!!

Animals are HARD to do in Poser/Daz. I have seen a lot of efforts but this, I think, is the best I have seen. I understand your comment "not an accurate reproduction" but it is a good likeness and a good peice of art. Well done!

Of all the big cats, the Tiger is my favorite. Such majestic and proud creatures. This is just amazing. The colors are especially terrific. And a puuuuurrfect pose
