Oh wow... this invokes in me one of those very brief lip-curl-eye-squint-in-disgust moments... I have quite a high tolerance for the greusome and gory, and I couldn't help but have a revolting reaction to this. That's not to say that I don't like it, of course; the fact that it did get a response out of me makes me like it even more.
I have no idea if that makes any sense. Long day. Hard work. Me tired.
I like it. Nice blending of images, and desaturated colours.
