Can you spray paint over oils or did you lay down the spray paint first?

you can do it under or over as long as it's the normal spray enamel paint(not the acrylic stuff)

That is good to know. My painting prof in college said I could only use it under the oil. I never did try it myself.

There is an awesome painting hanging in the Indianapolis Museum of Art that is all green! It is a painting of an apartment complex as seen through a night vision scope. It is a very powerful work.

Wish I knew the name of it so you could send it along to your prof.
