The past few days I've been playing around with Reality 3, which just came out for Poser. I love it! The renders it produces are so life like....amazing! Here I've taken my piece "High City Living" and modified it slightly to be more realistic, then ran it through Reality 3 and Luxrender.Created in Poser Pro 2012, rendered in Reality 3/Luxrender, minor post work in Photoshop CS5. This rendered for 24 hours, achieving 643 S/p, original size 1800x2200.

This is lovely! Her hair is stunning! I have not been able to achieve such good results with Reality/Lux. I really love this, very old Hollywood!

Thank you! I've rendered about eight or nine scenes now with Reality/Lux and I've only had two turn out so far...I definitely have a lot to learn about how Reality treats materials and how to set up lighting. It's quite an exciting journey, though!

When I re-rendered and updated this to get the shoes shiny, I decided to go ahead and add cigarette smoke.

Thanks! Yes, I've worked extensively with brushes in Photoshop, and I did include smoke on my earlier version of this piece,"High City Living". I'm not quite sure why I didn't include smoke on this one. I actually put it in there and then deleted it. I dunno...my brain is weird like that sometimes...lol
