uhm.... the sky looks so... unnatural. Maybe it depends by the lenses.

The effect on the sky is created using a ND filter. Basically it reduces the light that enters the lens, and you need higher exposure times to take the picture correctly (in this case 27 seconds in contrast to a couple of milliseconds i would need without the filter). Because of the longer time you need, you get the effect of movement on the sky. (I hope the "unnatural" was meant for this, otherwise this was a pretty boring explanation)
