Always brings a tear to my eye. You feel so much from his dialog/the writing.
Out of all the tragic origins of Batman tas, Mr. Freeze was the most tragic and the creators knew it. You wanna know how much? The movie Batman Subzero that Spoilers: Had Freeze finally saved Nora, it was the highest grousing* (money making) Batman movie ever up until The Dark Knight.
