Description
Here's a little something I've been working on every now and then for a while...I thought it would be interesting (and possibly challenging) to try to recreate Sara & Maranda, a pair of characters by ~drawitbig , using DAZ Studio.
Their conversation is a reference to the fact that Sara & Maranda are normally hand-drawn, 2D characters and thus appearing in 3D is something new for them...
Rendered in DAZ Studio 4 Pro, postwork added in Photoshop

No, I just used the Visual Style Shaders for the skin. I haven't picked up Hitomi yet (but I plan to...eventually...)
Both characters are actually V4 figures, not Genesis.

All I did was simply apply one of the skin shaders from that set.

Also, I'm sure you already noticed this, but I used your Visual Style Shaders in the render, I just forgot to list them (and everything else I used) cause I was in a rush...

Hehe, I sure did. Which reminds me, I really should install the new 4.5 update and see if Shader Mixer has been given any significant improvements.

Personally, I'll wait on DS4.5 for a few months to give vendors (like yourself) plenty of time to update plugins, shaders, etc. (though the supposedly improved AutoFit is tempting...)

Visual Style still works in 4.5, which is just as well because the Shader Mixer has not had any new features added to it whatsoever (meaning I won't be able to finish my Manga Style shader anytime soon).
