It seems that the longer I work on a painting, the more details I add. This started out as a speedpaint, but after 2 weeks of working on it during open lunches, it doesn't exactly count. :'DSoo... yeah, here's a portrait of Skulduggery Pleasant! The armored arm's supposed to belong to Lord Vile. I hope it doesn't come across as too... suggestive, because as much of a slash fangirl as I am, Lord Vile/Skulduggery has issues.
(Belated non sequitur realization: What else does a slash sign designate? Fractions. Numerators and denominators. *snickers like an idiot*)
*cough* Aaanyway, onto the technical bits.

Although I haven't read this series, woman, you can definitely paint! The colors are fitting and the details (especially on that gauntlet and his TEETH) stand out incredibly well.

Thanks! I used reference for the skull, but I completely BSed the gauntlet (the Internet didn't work at school that day and I wanted to finish it before the weekend), so I'm glad you like it!

Thanks! Yeah, Skulduggery Pleasant is one of my favorite book series of all time, and when I realized how little fanart I'd drawn for the series, I decided to do something big. xD More fanart will be forthcoming!
