Man that's just kickass. Best Pasanius job I've seen to date by FAR. Incredible work.
Did you scratch build his right arm or get it off a particular kit (or kits)? Hardest bionics to find in the kits I've found is the right, lol (Wanna make a Pasanius for my IVth Company force, haha).

Looks great, I like how you where able to use termie armor to help fit his character description. I need to learn how to do that. Only real thing I would change is make his robotic arm go up to his elbow, but still looks good anyway. Btw, what did you use for the flamer? I don't believe I've seen one that looks like that.

the torso is split in two pieces
so did you use a normal power-armor back or a terminator back?

Awesome Work. The way you converted the armor makes me forget that it is based on a Terminator Armor. I just love the amount of details on it too ; the helmet, the spare fuel canisters, the flamer, the writings... Amazing job, keep it up!

Lifelong Companions: Uriel Ventris and Pasanius have fought and bled together since their selection to join the ranks of the Ultramarines and have formed an unbreakable bond of brotherhood. Even though they are themselves a unit Uriel Ventris and Pasanius may both together join another unit exactly as an Independent character as long as both are alive. If either is removed as a casualty the other is consumed with grief and is subject to the Rage special rule for the remainder of the game.
Too Big: Battle Brother Pasanius is a massive man, even by the standards of the Adeptus Astartes, so large in fact that his power armour incorporates pieces taken from an irreparable suit of Terminator Armor. Pasanius takes up two spots in any transport vehicle he boards. Pasanius also has an unusually high tolerance for pain and benefits from the Feel No Pain and Eternal Warrior special rules as he always seems to walk away from nearly even the most devastating attacks virtually unscathed, especially if he was struck on his bionic arm....
Chapter Tactics: Uriel Ventris is well known as the Ultramarines most innovative commander, willing to vary from the dictates of the Codex Astartes in his employment of his forces on occasion if the when faced with an otherwise hopeless battle. Unfortunately this has also earned him a very negative reputation amongst his more conservative battle brothers and it is sometimes as hard of a battle to get his brethren to agree to his unconventional tactics as it is to defeat the enemy. If you include Uriel Ventris in your army after deployment but before the first turn make a leadership test for each unit in your army with the exception of Uriel Ventris (He does not need to convince himself!). As long as the test is passed that unit will exchange the Combat Tactics special rule for the Scout and Counterattack special rules and are equipped with Defensive Grenades in addition to their normal armament, any dedicated transports will gain the Scout special rule as well. If the test is failed then that unit has refused to veer from the dictates of the Codex Astartes and will use the Combat Tactics special rule as normal. Note that as this test is made after deployment units may not use their scout move to outflank.

The writing on the leg is great! I always have trouble pulling that off. I also really like the green. It's awesome the way you have made your Ultra-marines so unique. I wish more people would get into customizing their armies. Win or lose it's always satisfying to look out across the table and see a really well painted and modeled army.
